William Gates is a famous celebrity chef from Mexico, he became famous because his meals only include Penguin and he sneezes frequently during preperation. His most famous meal is Deep Smoked Penguin on Toast. William Gates also has three legs which gives him a vast balance advantage in the annual celebrity chef hopping contest.
